CREAM OF ZUCCHINI SOUP 
3 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. minced onion or flakes
1 tsp. Beau Monde
1/2 tbsp. parsley or flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. half & half
2 tbsp. butter
Sour cream & paprika for garnish

Combine first 6 ingredients (only 1 bouillon cube). Cook until tender and puree.

In separate saucepan melt butter; add flour and remaining bouillon cube. Blend well. Add milk and cream and simmer until thickened. Stir in zucchini mixture. Garnish each serving with sour cream and paprika if desired.
