TENNESSEE CORN PONE | |
2 cans refried beans 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 sm. jar picante sauce (mild) 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix Saute onion, pepper and garlic. Add beans and heat. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour picante sauce over beans. Mix cornbread mix according to directions. Spoon cornbread mixture over bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. |
