CHEESE CAKE DESSERT 
1 2/3 c. graham crackers, crushed
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling

Combine crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Then press into 9"x13" pan. Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add beaten eggs, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla and cream cheese; mix well. Pour cream cheese mixture over crumb crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Spoon pie filling over top and refrigerate. Can be served with whipped cream.
