4 - 6 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 pkg. Italian dressing mix
1 can mushroom soup
4 oz. container whipped cream cheese with chives
1/3 c. white wine

Brown chicken in butter and dressing mix. In mixing bowl, stir soup, cream cheese and wine together. Place chicken in Pyrex dish and cover with cream mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. Serve over rice. When cooking rice, add some of the Italian dressing mix and adjust the amount of salt accordingly.
