KING RANCH HAMBURGER 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. tortillas, 1 dozen
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies.
Grated cheese (cheddar) for topping.

Put 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon in 2 cups water in boiler. Heat and dip tortillas in the beef broth until limp. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with tortillas. Cover with hamburger, then green pepper and onions. Mix soups with tomatoes and pour over all. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese melts. Brown hamburger meat in skillet then cover tortillas.
