LEMON & GARLIC CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
Juice of 10 lemons
Fresh garlic, as much as you want
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Juice lemons and set aside. Wash and cut chicken. Mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, crushed garlic, parsley and black pepper. Pour over chicken, set aside for 1 hour. Then bake for 1 1/2 hours in 375 degree oven. Keep turning. Serves 6 to 8 people.
