BREAKFAST PIE (Quiche) | |
1 (9") pastry shell (deep dish) 1 c. shredded cheese 1 lb. sausage, browned, drained & crumbled 4 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. evaporated milk 3/4 tsp. salt Heat oven to 425 degrees. Add cheese and meat in bottom of pie shell. Combine eggs, milk and salt. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 30 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve. |
