BREAKFAST QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked frozen deep dish pie shell
6 eggs
1 c. (about 4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. milk
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

Thaw pie shell, then bake in oven at 425 degrees until brown (about 5 minutes). Cool on wire rack. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, and onion into pie shell. Beat eggs, milk and salt until well blended. Pour over cheese, bacon and onion mixture.

Bake about 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
