BEEF AND TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini (raviolli-shaped are best)
1 tsp. basil
1 med. zucchini, chopped

Cook tortellini for 10 minutes; drain. Brown beef and drain off fat. Add tomatoes with liquid (may cut up tomatoes), soup, green beans, tortellini and basil. Add 3 cups of water. Bring to boil, cover and cook 10 minutes. Add zucchini; cook, covered, 10 minutes or until tender. Makes 6-8 servings.
