TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 whole fryer chicken
1 pkg. carrots
1 pkg. celery
6 sm. or 3 lg. onions
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
Dash of red pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 pkgs. frozen tortellinis (meat or cheese)

Cover chicken with water. Cook for 3 hours with cut up vegetables and seasonings. Remove the chicken and debone it; remove the vegetables and mash them. Strain the broth, in case of bones. Add to broth, chicken, vegetable, and tomato paste. Simmer for 1 hour. Add tortellinis 20 minutes before serving.
