BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. Dolly Madison angel food cake
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can prepared cherry pie filling
2 lg. ripe bananas
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. chopped pecans or black walnuts

Shred angel food cake into bite size slices in the bottom of a 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour pudding over cake. Spoon pie filling over pudding. Slice bananas over pie filling. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
