FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM | |
5 c. milk 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 pts. coffee cream 4 tbsp. flour 4 eggs 4 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 3 c. peaches, mashed Scald milk; add sugar, salt, and flour. Cook over low heat for five minutes. Mix some of the hot mixture with beaten eggs. Simmer for two minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add mashed peaches. Chill thoroughly. Add coffee cream and vanilla. Freeze. |
