FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed fresh peaches

Beat eggs until frothy. Add 2 cups sugar and beat well. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla and continue to beat until well blended. Pour mixture into a 1-gallon freezer. Fill with milk. Pour 1/2 cup sugar over peaches before adding to container.
