ENCHILADA PIE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute hamburger and onion until meat is brown. Add mushroom soup, chicken soup, chilies, enchilada sauce and stir well. Line oblong baking dish (approximately 9x13) with tortillas. Add half meat mixture, then another layer of tortillas. Add last of meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with chopped lettuce.
