CINNAMON PEACH COBBLER 
5 c. sliced peaches, canned or fresh
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped with 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Ground cinnamon

Sprinkle peaches with lemon juice, stir to coat and spread in 8 inch square baking pan. Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add egg and toss with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Drizzle with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with cream. Sprinkle cinnamon generously over cobbler.
