MEXICAN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat all together in one bowl and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Spread with cream cheese frosting.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar

Mix well with electric mixer.
