HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oil

Brown chicken in the 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil. Place in shallow baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes or so until tender and brown. Serves 4-6.
