HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, skinned and boned
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Melt butter; stir in all ingredients except chicken. Heat until liquidy. Dip chicken in mixture, one piece at a time. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees; the first 1/2 uncovered. Cover for last 1/2 hour or marinate chicken in sauce for 1 hour and cook on grill.
