HONEY-MUSTARD CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken pieces, skinless
4 tbsp. butter or oil
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. honey

Melt butter in baking pan (or put in oil). Add remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in mixture, then arrange in single layer in same pan. Bake at 375 degrees, basting occasionally, for 40 minutes (30 minutes for boneless breasts).
