WHOLE WHEAT GINGERBREAD | |
1 c. molasses 3/4 c. honey 3/4 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs 3 c. whole wheat flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 tsp. ginger 2 c. milk In large bowl, beat molasses, honey, oil and eggs until well mixed. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to the egg mix. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Test with toothpick in center. 12 to 15 servings. |
