TRUFFLES 
7 oz. marshmallow creme
2 tbsp. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. Rice Krispies

In top of double boiler, combine marshmallow creme, butter, and chocolate chips. Heat until smooth. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies. Spoon into balls onto wax paper. Let cool in refrigerator. Truffles can be dipped into chocolate coating.
