GRILLED VEGETABLES 
Place on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil.

4 med. tomatoes, quartered
4 sliced yellow squash
1 med. slice d onion

Sprinkle with:

1 tsp. minced fresh basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dot with 2 tsp. butter

Fold foil edges over, wrap securely. Place on grill. Cook over medium coals 20-25 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes. 6 servings.
