BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 roll garlic cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add mushroom soup and cut cheese and melt thoroughly. Add broccoli and rice. Bake in casserole dish 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
