RICE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice
Pepper and garlic to taste

Saute onion in butter. Beat eggs, drain cooked broccoli. Mix all ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake with buttered bread crumbs on top at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
