MELT AWAYS 
2 sticks butter
1/3 c. 10X sugar
2 c. sifted reg. flour

ALMOND CREAM FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Divide in half and add coloring as desired.

Cream butter and sugar until well blended. Blend in flour and beat 5 minutes, medium speed. Shape into big ball. Chill several hours or overnight. Shape into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove and cool completely, then frost.
