LEMON CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. Puritan oil
3/4 c. water

ICING:

2 tbsp. Puritan oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Combine cake ingredients and mix well. Bake in 8 x 12 x 12 glass pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Combine icing ingredients and mix well. Punch holes in top of cake with a fork. Pour icing over the top of the cake while it is still warm.
