BAKED CORN AND TOMATOES | |
Mix 2 cups cooked corn, 2 cups tomatoes, 1 teaspoon salt and a little pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar (or more to taste). Put into greased casserole. Spread 1 cup fresh bread crumbs over the top. Dot with 3 tablespoons butter. Bake in moderate oven, 350-400 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
