APPLE CRISP 
6 c. apple slices (5 lg. Granny Smith)
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. butter, melted

Place apple slices in greased 12 x 9 inch pyrex dish. Mix other ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes until apples are tender.
