HAMBURG BAR-B-QUE 
2 lbs. hamburg
2 cans tomato sauce
6 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Paprika, dash
Couple drops Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Fry hamburg first then add rest of ingredients and let simmer at least couple of hours. The longer the better.
