DRIED FRUIT APPLE PIES 
Cook dried fruit in small amount of water until tender. Mash with potato masher. Add sugar to sweeten.

Roll a piece of dough about the size of a walnut out thin. Place your fruit on half of dough. Fold other half over and crimp edges.

Put small amount of Crisco in frying pan. Fry pies on both sides until brown.
