HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato paste
1 can celery soup
2 c. grated carrots
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. water

Fry onion in butter until tender, add hamburger and brown, then add all the other ingredients and simmer until done (about 20 minutes) or until carrots are cooked.
