8-10 slices bread
1/4 c. milk
3-4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. honey

Mix thoroughly milk, eggs, cinnamon, sugar and honey. Heat fry pan. Dip bread into mixture and fry lightly. Serve with syrup.

The first one or two slices will be darker than others because most of the cinnamon will float on top of mixture you must stir mixture once in a while.
