CRANBERRY CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL 
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
3 tablespoons creme de cassis
25 fl oz. bottle dry Champagne, chilled
4-6 teaspoons grenadine syrup (optional)

An excellent aperitif for the Holidays.

In a small glass bowl, macerate the washed cranberries in the creme de cassis (alternatively, vodka can be used). Leave for 1 hour.

Divide the cranberries between 6 Champagne glasses and fill the glass with well chilled Champagne.

Add grenadine to suit your taste.

Serve immediately.

6 Servings.
