TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter (1/2 c.)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Bring to boil, butter, cocoa and water. Cream together sugar, eggs and sour cream. Stir flour, soda and salt together; add. Add hot mixture and beat well. Batter will be thin. Pour into a greased and floured cookie pan or jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter (1/4 c.)
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring to boil butter, cocoa and milk. Add to sugar, vanilla and nuts. Pour over hot cake.
