GRANDMA'S WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
6 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon flavoring
1/4 lb. chopped candied cherries
1/4 lb. candied pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 box white raisins
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and bake 1-1/2 hours at 300°F. Cook at least a week or so in advance; seal good and refrigerate.
