HOT CHEESE PUFFS 
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt or 1/4 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. freeze-dried chives or 1 tsp. dried onion

Mix cheese and butter; stir in other ingredients until blended. Chill. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cook on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400°F.
