COCA-COLA SALAD 
12 oz. Coca Cola
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in sm. pieces
1 sm. bottle Bing cherries, halved
1 c. pecans, chopped
Sour cream (optional)

Heat 6 ounces Coca-Cola and dissolve Jello in it. Add other 6 ounces (cold) to the mixture. Add pineapple, cream cheese, cherries, and pecans. Pour into mold and congeal. May top with sour cream.
