CHIPPY OATMEAL RAISIN BAR 
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips (2 c.)
2 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
3/4 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Beat sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually, add flour and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars (32 bars).
