QUICK MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken (boneless)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 onion, chopped finely
1 clove garlic
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Mexican rice
1 env. Sazon Goya con Azafran (saffron)

Bake chicken at 375°F for 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and let cool.

Cube chicken into bite sized pieces. Chop onion 🌰 and garlic finely. Add butter to frying pan. Brown onion and garlic. Add chicken until hot. Add Sazon seasoning. Mix really well until the Sazon covers all the fixings.

Prepare rice according to package directions. Portion out into bowls.
