LEMON - MERINGUE PIE 
1 box vanilla wafers
Sm. amt. of butter
3 eggs, separated
Juice from 3 lemons
Grated lemon peel, to taste
1 lg. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
6 tsp. sugar

CRUST: Crush enough vanilla wafers, mix with small amount of butter to make firm. Press crust in 9 inch pie pan. Bake in 350 degree oven until slightly browned (10 minutes). Line sides of pan with whole vanilla wafers. Let cool while preparing filling.
