PASTA SAUSAGE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 hot sausage, Italian or Cajun
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tomatoes, skinned
1 lb. wide fresh pasta

Cover surface of frying pan with olive oil. Saute garlic and cut-up skinned tomatoes. Fry sausage until done.

Prepare pasta in accordance with package directions and drain. Toss ingredients together. Serve with salad. Serves 2.
