PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 long packs of Ritz crackers
1 c. melted butter

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Put pineapple tidbits in bottom of dish. Put cheese over pineapple. Mix juice, sugar and flour together and pour over pineapple and cheese. Crumble crackers and spread over pineapple and cheese; then drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
