CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
1 (2.5 lb.) chickens, cooked, boned and chopped
2 cans French-style green beans, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, minced
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook rice according to directions. Combine rice and next 7 ingredients in a very large bowl. Spoon into greased 9x13x2 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
