LIVER AND ONIONS 
1 lb. lean beef liver, sliced
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 lg. sliced onion
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak liver in milk for 15 minutes. Remove and dust each slice with flour. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add onions and saute 2 minutes. Add liver and fry on high heat until nice and crispy on both sides. Serve and season with salt and pepper.
