SEASONED LIVER AND ONIONS 
1 lb. sliced beef or calf liver
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. oil
12 green onions (leave 4 inch stems)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. water

Combine flour, sugar and mustard. Dredge liver in mixture. Brown in hot oil. Season. Add green onions and water. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, 4 servings.
