FISHERMAN'S PIE 
1 can red salmon
2 c. whole milk
Saltines
butter

Grease a Pyrex baking dish with butter; mix liquid from salmon with milk. Place a layer of crumble saltines in dish, then layer of salmon. Repeat layers ending each layer with saltines; heat salmon liquid and milk and pour over casserole. Top with butter. Bake 350 degrees until light brown. Serve with salad.
