1 (#2) can boned salmon
1 can green peas, undrained
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 recipe biscuit dough or prepared biscuits

Cream peas with milk mixed with flour. Do not cook. Add to salmon in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll out dough and place on as many biscuits as the top area will hold. Bake rest of biscuits in separate pan. Bake casserole in moderate oven 20-30 minutes.
