MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs

Cream butter, sugar, cocoa, and eggs (one at a time), beating well. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add coconut and pecans. Bake in 12x9x2 greased pan for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is hot, spread 1 pint of marshmallow cream over it. Let cool and frost with icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
5 tbsp. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix these ingredients together and put over marshmallow cream while warm.
