MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter, softened
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
Dash of salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. marshmallow creme

Mix in large mixing bowl with electric mixer at medium speed - eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with marshmallow creme. Cool and frost with the following icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, add milk and cocoa. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and frost cake.
