FIVE MINUTE FUDGE 
2/3 c. (sm. can) undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows (16 med.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Baker's chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix Carnation milk, sugar and salt together in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Stir 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered 9 inch pan (use square pan).

For chocolate mint fudge use mint-flavored chocolate pieces instead of Baker's chocolate chips.
